Two-day conference on dyslexia-related issues relevant to Texas educators, including presentations by experts on topics such as dyslexia assessments, learning disabilities evaluations under IDEA and Texas rules, identification and child-find of students with suspected dyslexia, legal requirements of dyslexia services under IDEA, dyslexia intervention and instructional issues, collaborative practices in dyslexia identification, turning evaluation data into instructional strategies, multi sensory strategies, assistive technology applications for dyslexia instruction, the science of reading, and other dyslexia-relevant topics important to Texas public school educators.
