This workshop will address evaluation of dyslexia according to The Dyslexia Handbook (with consideration of revisions due to HB 3928) and emphasize the need for multiple sources of data to identify dyslexia through the FIIE. Strategies for collaboration between Special education staff, diagnosticians, and dyslexia team members will be addressed. Participants will learn how to utilize the strengths and expertise of all members of the evaluation team to correctly identify the condition of dyslexia by examining case studies.
