The plan will include a method to engage in systematic assessment and problem solving to effectively differentiate instruction. Students will apply scientifically based instructional practices to support all learners. This course emphasizes the principles of research-based reading instruction and the Reading Endorsement Guiding Principle that teaching reading for understanding is an ongoing systematic, problem-solving process.
