Sponsoring Agency Group Event Approval Form

ALTA welcomes applications for Group Event CE credit. If you are an agency or individual facilitating an event that takes the form(s) of webinars, lectures, courses, seminars, workshops, or symposia and meets the criteria as stated in the Guidelines for Sponsorship of Continuing Education, you’re encouraged to apply for Group Event approval.

• Applications must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to the event; CE hours will only be approved in advance. 
• Non-instruction time such as lunch and breaks are not considered part of clock hours.
• Applications will be processed in the order they are received. 
• Applicants will receive an automated email containing a copy of their application upon successful submission online.

If you are a pre-approved sponsoring organization and would like to advertise your event on the ALTA calendar, please contact office@altaread.org in addition to completing the Group Event Approval application.
